National Social Prescribing Day

Aawaz members at the Social Prescribing Event

Aawaz along with a number of other local organisations today participated in the National Social Prescribing Day event organised by HRV CVS.

It was an excellent opportunity to meet with member organisations and catch up with the Community Connectors and to find out more about social prescribing and how it supports the community.
