We are looking for a bilingual project worker to work with people age 50 years and over to help them to improve work readiness and employability.
This Project is funded through Building Better Opportunities project Age of Opportunity jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund & the European Social Fund. The Building Better Opportunities projects for Lancashire aim to support those most at risk of exclusion from the labour market and identify, reduce and/or remove barriers to engagement and employment for eligible participants.
The project officer will work holistically, engaging with beneficiaries aged 50 years and at grassroots level who are not in Education, Employment, or Training offering them tailored support to move them into or closer to employment. This project has identified targets that would need to be met in terms of assisting individuals into employment and training
