Hum Community Arts Project Mini Exhibition

The Mayor of Hyndburn Borough Council Councilor Tim O’Kane and the Mayoress congratulated Aawaz on delivering the Arts project. The Mayor acknowledged the achievement of all the project participants, all women of  south Asian and eastern European heritage. The highlight of the morning was  the reading of a very moving poem by Agnes. The launch was attended by 5 guests and partner agencies.

The exhibition will be hosted by Accrington Market for two weeks it will then be on display at the Accrington Library from 3 – 21 October 2016.
