Our staff and volunteers speak a number of languages including Urdu, Punjabi, Mirpuri, Gujerati, Bengali, Polish and English.

AAWAZ have an open door system that allows communities to access our support. Our trained staff and volunteers are able to work holistically to assist women and families with Social welfare benefits, housing, unemployment, finance, debt and many other issues. We offer a confidential and safe service to many women and families who are in need.

Telephone support and counselling

The organisation offers considerable support to women and families across the country, mainly over the telephone and via emails. It has, over the past three years, built up a good network of organisations and groups nationwide that can assist women and families in the town and cities in which they live.
