Aawaz members have collected £225 for the Mayor’s charities. The mayor said “ I am very grateful for this donation collected by everyone at Aawaz as the local councillor I am always impressed with Aawaz charitable work and the positive difference it is making to the lives of the local communities”.

Aawaz present a donation cheque collected for the Mayor’s charity to the Mayor of Hyndburn, Cllr Ayub.  The cheque was present to the mayor at Aawaz annual event on 7th March 2019

Aawaz charity members have been busy collecting for the Hyndburn Mayor’s charity fund. The cheque for £225 was presented to the Hyndburn Mayor. The mayor said “ I am very grateful for this donation collected by everyone at Aawaz as the local councillor I am always impressed with Aawaz charitable work and the positive difference it is making to the lives of the local communities”.

This year the mayoral charities are:
Hyndburn Dementia Action, Macmillan Cancer Research, East Lancashire Hospice and Accrington & District Blind Society
